We perform all standard cleaning services for residential interiors:

Dust, vacuum, polish furniture, scrub bathrooms & kitchen, mop floors, clean glass & mirrors, etc.

We also routinely:  vacuum furniture & baseboards, dust cobwebs from walls and ceilings, clean exhaust/ceiling fans, clean crumbs out of kitchen drawers & cabinets, clean ovens and refrigerators, vacuum refrigerator coils, clean window tracks, sanitize door knobs & switch plates, remove rust and hardwater stains, wipe down kitchen cabinets, sweep porches & decks.

Our pricing is based on several factors, and is not charged by the hour.  The square footage of the house and how many total rooms cleaned determine the base price.  Items that add to the base cost are:  glass shower doors, pet hair, changing bed linens, waxing floors, and picking up or straightening prior to cleaning.

We always clean the interior windows that are easily accessible and get dirty between cleanings, but we do not provide an entire-house window cleaning service (exterior) due to insurance liability restrictions.

If you do not currently have a regularly-scheduled cleaning service, you will first need to have a Top-to-Bottom Cleaning.  Then your regular interval cleaning can be either weekly or bi-weekly or monthly (which is technically every 4 weeks).

Here are 2 examples of pricing estimates (samples only):

1,500 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms = approx. $85 per cleaning

2,600 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1 bed changed, glass shower doors = approx. $115 per cleaning

(Although we do perform extra services for an extra fee such as linens & laundry, washing dishes, etc., we do not promote ourselves as a 'butler & maid' type of service.  We focus more on deep cleaning.)
